  my question about nyc accom. i'm planning on going to nyc at near the end of next year for 2/3 weeks with a friend, what would you recommend accommodation wise. cheers

  I was right! I recommend airbnb.com. It can be time consuming and painful to go through all the properties, but ultimately it’s cheaper and you have your own place. If money ain’t no thang, I would suggest The Standard Hotel. Or the Thompson Hotel in the L.E.S. Or the Soho Grand.
