The best way to start is by just doing it! Put one on, look in the mirrror, see how you feel about it. Personally I can’t really wear a 5-panel. My head is the wrong shape for it or something. See what works for you! Can’t really go wrong with jeans, plain white tee, sneakers and a cap though, can you?
