intlbff asked: re: ASOS returns. Your items also come with a return form with a list of reasons why you want to return. From what I remember you can return for 'change of mind' and also 'item was not what I expected' ..which is what I ticked in my case. (asos is like Mc D's.. looks a lot better in the picture)

Anonymous asked: Just to chime in to the Asos debate - if you are unhappy with an item and want to return it then posting it back is at your expense, however they do process the refunds quickly. The money was back on my credit card within a few working days. So $25 on postage for $70 back was well worth it, but if you've got a small, cheap item then best to head to trademe!

hey-mamawolf asked: to the asos question, you can only return stuff at their expense if something is incorrect with your order, not if you change your mind. this requires either faxing or scanning&emailing the postage receipt. You can return something of the wrong size for a refund, but expect it to take a very long time and you will have to cover postage charges. You're better off trying to resell it.
